Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hair as much as your new Tangle Teezer, so we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hairbrushes that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused Tangle Teezer in its original retail box and place it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
