To clean your brush, remove any loose hair from the teeth. Use a small amount of mild soap or shampoo with warm water to scrub the teeth gently, then rinse and leave to air dry naturally with the teeth facing upwards.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been used.

Can I use my detangling brush with heat tools?
Our detangling brushes are not designed for use with high heat. For blow-drying, we recommend our specialized 'Vent' or 'Blow-Styling' brushes which are made from heat-resistant materials.
